
Richard Felix
Biography
Richard Felix (also credited as Richard Fèlix) – British actor and voice actor, born 23 February 1949 in Derby, Derbyshire, England. Trained in the UK and worked extensively in commercial and repertory theatre between 1990 and 2001, with roles including the lead in Candide (directed by John Doyle) and Henry Tilney in Northanger Abbey (directed by Tim Carroll). He moved to Barcelona in 2001 and has since worked mainly in film and television there, accumulating over 20 credits, and also works as a voice-over actor, director, and presenter. He has recently moved to New Zealand with his family. His most notable film roles include the Chief Magistrate in Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (2006), Randolph in The Cheetah Girls 2 (2006), John in Exorcismus (2010), Professor Richard in Panzer Chocolate (2013), and William in The Bookshop (2017, directed by Isabel Coixet). On television he appeared as Thomas Seymour in The Six Wives of Henry VIII (2001), Funeral Director in Ash vs Evil Dead (2018), and Father Cockburn in Westside (2018). He has also provided voice work for animated films including El Cid: The Legend (2003) and the series Rupert and Sam (2011).
