宝琳娜·波里兹科娃-奥卡塞克（Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek，1965年4月9日出生于帕夫利娜·波日什科娃）是捷克斯洛伐克模特和演员。18岁时，她成为第一位登上《体育画报》泳装封面的东欧女性。她是继克里斯蒂·布林克利（Christie Brinkley）之后第二位连续（1984年和1985年）登上泳装杂志封面的女性。
